• Third-party alterations or resizing

For Gold & Lab Grown Diamonds

Lifetime warranty includes repolishing services for Gold and Lab Grown Diamonds (LGD) products.

How to Raise a Warranty Claim

1. Visit a Palmonas Store near you with the original product and invoice (digital or printed). Store staff will guide you through the process and arrange for QC.
2. If a store is not accessible: take a clear photograph of the affected item showing the tarnishing, then raise a request at support.palmonas.com with subject “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”, including a description of the issue and photo evidence.
3. Once approved, self-ship the product to: Palmonas Warranty Desk, Office No 501/502/503/504/505(A), 5th Floor, Verdant 84, Plot 1, Lane Z, Koregaon Park Annexe, Mundhwa, Pune, Maharashtra – 411036.
4. Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.
